aq99o Terms & Conditions

1.1 Age Eligibility

Users must be 21 years of age or older to participate on the aq99o platform. Only individuals aged 21 and above may create an account and take part in any gaming or betting activities. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. aq99o may request proof of identity at any time for age verification purposes.

1.2 Account Creation & Verification

Each user may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, aq99o reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any deposited funds.

• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• aq99o must be notified immediately of any changes to personal information.
• The user is solely responsible for keeping their account password secure.
• The support team must be notified immediately of any unauthorized use of the account.
• You may not allow any other person to use your account.

1.3 Geographic Eligibility

aq99o users must confirm that participating in online gaming and betting activities is lawful from their current location. The platform must not be used from areas where such activities are prohibited. Full legal responsibility for this rests with the user.

2.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds on the aq99o platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100.
• Deposited funds must come from a payment source registered in the user's own name.

2.2 Withdrawal Rules

To complete a withdrawal successfully, users must comply with the following conditions:

3.1 Welcome Bonus

aq99o offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; however, depositing ৳16,000 still yields a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total balance of ৳31,000.

Each user may claim this bonus only once. To take advantage of the bonus, the user must follow the designated process at the time of their first deposit.

3.2 Wagering Terms

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

• There will be a set time limit for meeting the wagering requirement, which will be stated at the time the bonus is issued.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward meeting the wagering requirement.
• If bonus funds are used in any fraudulent manner, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

3.3 VIP Program

aq99o's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.

• Bronze tier: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver tier: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold tier: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the player's activity and contribution. Full details of VIP benefits will be communicated separately.

4.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aq99o platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Playing using bots, scripts, or any other automated method.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other players.
• Attempting to hack any part of the platform or spreading malware.
• Creating an account using false or misleading information.
• Placing strategic bets with the intent of abusing bonuses (bonus hunting).
• Making payments using another person's financial information.

4.2 Consequences of Violations

In the event of a violation of any of the above rules, aq99o may take the following actions immediately or without prior notice:

• Temporarily suspending or permanently closing the account.
• Cancelling all bonuses, free spins, and promotional benefits.
• Forfeiting winnings obtained through fraud.
• Taking legal action where applicable.

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities conducted on the aq99o platform are run in a fair and impartial manner. The outcome of all games is determined impartially using a Random Number Generator (RNG).

• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the funds for that bet will be returned.
• If the connection is lost during a game, the game history will be stored on the server.
• In the event of a dispute over any game result, the server log will be considered final.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for any game will be shown in the game interface.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

Specific rules apply for betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Please read the specific rules for each event carefully before placing a bet.

• If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, any bets on that event will be considered void.

9.1 Language & Translation

The Bengali version of these terms and conditions is the original and authoritative version. If any conflict arises between translations in different languages, the Bengali version will take precedence.

9.2 Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect. The unlawful part will, where possible, be replaced through a lawful amendment.

9.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the complete legal agreement between aq99o and the user. No other oral or written agreement on this matter will be taken into consideration.
